I'm not the type of fan who just looks out for the scores. I'm not a fan who stops supporting because were not winning any more trophies. And maybe I’m not a fan who goes to every game, but I'm a fan who loves Arsenal to death.

Maybe we are on a bad run, maybe we won't win anything this year again, maybe we have frustrating players like Theo Walcott and Aaron Ramsey, but take a look at Chelsea, they have won two games in 11. We have been away three games in a row, both of the pitches were arguably the worst pitches in the top 5 leagues. I'm not blaming the losses on that because it certainly wasn't, but it does play a part. Of course, the players are to blame and I won’t argue with anyone who says so.

But these are the times, when fans show their true colours. These are the times, when the fake fans decide not to support us any longer. People are saying they want Wenger to go, his philosophy needs to move on, he can’t keep up no more, he fails to get passion out of his players, etc.

Wenger in 1996.... Gunners have achieved so much with him as manager

But if Arsene didn't take over in 1996, would we be here today? Would we be tweeting #KingHenry? Would we be missing Cesc? Would Dennis Bergkamp still lay deeply in our hearts? My perspective on the last week, is that the board has been given a wake up call and that we need to buy players. And for the first time, I genuinely think they will as Usmanov is buying shares day after day and he’s amongst the top 10 richest men in the world.

I'm not saying that we should buy every single player like Man City or Real Madrid, but come the summer, I really do think players such as Podolski, Vertonghen and maybe even Hazard will be wearing Red and White (and black sleeves).

You cannot blame Wenger, I'm sorry. He tells the board who he likes and who he thinks will fit in the team, and how much he thinks they are worth. But they want to spend way less than their actual value, Juan Mata could’ve played in an Arsenal shirt this season, if we offered a bit more money, but the board wouldn't reach into their pockets.

What I'm saying here, is us fans have to stick together and stick by the players and Wenger. This year is not our year just like the past 6, I know how frustrating it is, I genuinely do, but it really could be a wake up call as stated before. Hate all you want, but what are you achieving?

Maybe Ramsey is still mourning over the death of Gary Speed who put him as the captain of Wales, maybe he has family problems. No one knows why he is playing the way he is, but you can't say he doesn't have talent as he certainly does.

We are also missing Jack Wilshere so much that I even forgot how good he was, until I looked on YouTube.

Jack is exceptionally talented and in my opinion, should be the next England captain in the World Cup 2014. He was the rock of our talented midfield last season and ran roost over Barcelona, even so that Xavi and Iniesta, spoke on how good he was in an interview after the game.

I know one player missing doesn't make the team under perform if you like, but it certainly hurts. Some won't agree with me here but what we need is Frimpong. Against Aston Villa, Frimpong did a one hand gesture and got every single Wolves fan on their feet after his shot went for a corner, and Wolves scored from the corner.

Frimpong is also exceptionally talented and also one of the funniest people in the Arsenal dressing room. If you go on his Twitter @Frimpong26AFC, you will see his argument with Piers Morgan. Maybe not all of the things he says are correct, but most of it is true.

Just like every Gunner, I'm not sure what will happen in the summer, but I can't wait to get this season over with and some will agree with me here. We have to beat Tottenham and take fourth place and maybe, just maybe, over take Spurs and shut every single one of them up.

  Yes, I'm a Gooner till I die

Yeah, that's exactly how I think about this, the board is fucking with Arsenal, they just want to keep money, they don't care if Arsenal are winning or not. Wenger is the man, with money he can make a winning Arsenal again. In my opinion Usmanov is the right person to put money into the club. ARSENAL TILL I DIE!!!

Sorry guys but arsen isn't the man! For the last 7 years his stubbornness and naive tactic have both cost us dear and made us the subject of rdicule! His man management skills, if they exist at all, certainly need attention. I've never witnessed so many players in arsenal shirts looking disinterested and unmotivated as this lot. And it's this lot that arsen claims have ability and mental strength, if he seriously believes that he is more deluded than I thought.

Hey guys,

Thanks a lot for taking the time to comment, highly appreciated. I think Wenger is still the man, but I'm concerned by the board, they've shown a lack of ambition and I'm not sure if they're being honest with us especially regarding the funds available.

Wenger has made his mistakes, especially with the flawed youth policy, but reaching the top four consistently with a lack of funds and high debt is laudable and deserves praise for it.

We have to keep supporting the team till the end, they need us more than ever.

I hope for better days to come.

COYG!

Cheers,

Omar

Terry, in a way i agree but it's the players aswell don't forget. Man city, Real Madrid and even Chelsea have ruined the game we know, every player wants money unless they are in the lower leagues.
